NOVEMBER IS THE MONTH OF DEVOTION TO THE HOLY SOULS

During the month of November Mass will be celebrated each day for the repose of the souls of those deceased whose names have been included in the November Dead Lists.

Lists are available at the rear of the Church. If you wish to donate an offering for the Masses, please include it with the List in the envelope provided.  Completed Lists can be placed in the collection baskets or in the box at the rear of the Church.

PARISH ACTIVITIES

SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION

Young people, who are not receiving preparation classes in their school for the Sacraments, are invited to evening classes held in the Parochial Hall.  Parents / Guardians  should complete the enrolment form on the first evening.

First Confession and First Holy Communion class continues

on Tuesday 25th October at 6.00pm, class ends at 7.00pm;

Confirmation students begin this Wednesday 19th October,

SCRIPTURE AND PRAYER GROUP. 

Our next meeting will be this Tuesday 18th October, in the Committee Room at 8.00pm. Reflections will be on readings for the 30th and 31st Sundays Year C.

 

 

SHOE BOX APPEAL

Bring joy to a child this Christmas by filling  a shoe box with some gifts. Suggestions for filling your box are on the leaflets in the Church porch. Please leave your filled shoe box in the Church Porch / Sacristy for collection by Sunday 25th October.

Why are you a young Catholic today? If you are interested in the answers, come to the Catholic Young Adults Conference at Queen’s University Chaplaincy next Saturday 22nd October, 9.30am – 5.30pm. Meet other young adults, hear inspiring talks, participate in dynamic workshops and deepen your knowledge of the Catholic faith.

LIVING YOUTH:  SUMMER PILGRIMAGE 2017

OSTEOPOROSIS?
