Attending Mass – Track & Trace

In line with diocesan guid lines, the Parish Pastoral Council along with the Parish Covid team have introduced a track and trace system within the parish. A page has been devised with 8 boxes per page. Each time a person(s) from your household attends Mass we ask that you complete one box and put it in the basket provided on the inside of the porch doors.
After each Mass, the completed Track and Trace information will be placed in a sealed envelope which will show the Mass time and date on the outside. The envelopes will be stored securely on parish premises and disposed of securely after 21 days.
Copies of the Track and Trace page are available at the back of the church, on the parish website, and through the parish social media platforms.
In order to keep everyone safe it is important that we continue to follow the other protection measures in place i.e.:

  • please wear masks (unless exempt) at all times when moving within the church;
  • Please do not come to the church if you have a high temperature, a new persistent cough or a loss or change in taste and smell;
  • please do not come to the church if you are awaiting a covid test or the results of a covid test or if you have been told to self-isolate.

Please note: Track and Trace information is only for public Masses or gatherings. You are not required to submit Track and Trace information when attending the church for private prayer.
We thank you for you support and cooperation in making St Colmcille’s parish a safe place for everyone to pray.
