APOSTOLIC WORK
Apr 24 @ 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm

The first meeting of Apostolic Work will be held in the Iona Room on next Tuesday 3rd October at 8.00pm. New members are always welcome. We do not knit and sew so please do not stay away because of old images of Apostolic Workers! Even if you do not want to join us but would like to lend a hand at our fund-raising events please let any member know. We are always glad of the extra hands.

After School Club

Makes & Bakes will be running an arts, crafts and cookery club every Monday in the Parochial Hall for primary school pupils. We have a great programme planned for the year including cooking healthy pizzas, making slime, textile art and much more. We have spaces for P1-P3 from 2.00pm- 3.00pm and for P4-P5 from 3.00pm-4.00pm.

We can pick up the younger children in the playground. Cost is £5 per session for one child and £4 for any additional siblings wishing to join. The first session is free. Align Pilates

AlignPilates starts back this Monday 8th January. Limited spaces available in Monday morning Pilates class 9.30am -10.25am, held in the Parochial hall. Evening classes, 7.15pm & 8.15pm (both times currently have a waiting list).

Classes taught by chartered Physiotherapist & fully certified APPI Pilates instructor. Contact Olivia 07989840442 or email info@alignpilatesni.com to reserve your place.

Safeguarding Awareness and Information Session

SAFEGUARDING AWARENESS AND INFORMATION SESSION

It is a mandatory requirement of the Diocesan Safeguarding Policy that Ministers of Holy Communion to the Sick and Housebound attend a Safeguarding Awareness Raising and Information Session every three years. For those Ministers who do not fulfil this requirement, the Diocesan Safeguarding Office will facilitate a session for them on Friday 11th May at 7.00 p.m. in the Iona Room.
The interactive session will be facilitated by personnel from the Diocesan Safeguarding Office and will last ninety minutes. Your attendance will be recorded in the Diocesan Safeguarding Register of volunteers. Refreshments will be served.

St. Colmcilles annual parish One Day Retreat
May 12 all-day

Come home to the love of God’s family on Lough Derg, Co Donegal, to a sacred space where you can feel the energy of centuries of prayer. Join our St. Colmcilles annual parish One Day Retreat on Saturday 12th May. The day at Lough Derg offers a set programme of prayer and reflection and concludes with the celebration of Mass in St Patrick’s Basilica. Please note footwear stays on! The cost is £35 per person which includes admission, transport, refreshments on arrival and lunch. The coach will leave the Church car park at 7.15am and return at approximately 7.00pm.
