Tanzania Africa Project

Dear Parishioners of St Colmcille’s Ballyhackamore,

this is just a brief note to thank you for your amazing generosity to the Tanzania Africa Project’s Christmas Gift Card Appeal, particularly during these challenging times. All £6296.25 goes directly to the parish of St. Bakhita in Moita Bwawani, Tanzania. This will make such an incredible difference to the lives of the people of our twinned parish, through providing uniforms for the pupils of St. Colmcille’s Pre-School, maintaining the mobile Mother and Baby Clinic and funding the training of Catechists.  This year’s total also included a £1,000 donation from the Benedictine Community of Holy Cross Abbey in Rostrevor.

I look forward to communicating to you the gratitude of Fr. Janusz when he receives this wonderful contribution to the SMA work at the Mission at Moita Bwawani.

Thank you for your unstinting support of our twinned parish.
