7 November 2017 @ 7:15 pm – 8:15 pm

Cruse is a well-established and highly respected support service for people who are bereaved, to help them understand their grief and to learn how to cope with their loss. We are delighted a Cruse representative is coming to St. Colmcille’s to give a presentation on “Understanding Grief”.
The death of someone we love is likely to be one of the most distressing events we will ever face. The journey ahead can be difficult and often a lonely one. Everyone experiences grief differently; there is no “normal” or “right” way to grieve. You may not be suffering from loss yourself but coming to this session may help you know how to support a friend or work colleague who is going through bereavement.
We welcome everyone including our neighbouring churches to come along so we can understand a little more and learn about the various stages of grief that many people experience. Recognising these can often be a comfort in itself.
Date: Tuesday 7th November 2017
