It is a time for all of us to renew our commitment to our Christian calling. Please remember especially in your prayers the 57 young people who are preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.

ST VINCENT DE PAUL CHRISTMAS APPEAL : THANK YOU
The Parish’s St Vincent de Paul Conference is most grateful to everyone who contributed so generously to our Christmas Appeal. Specific donations to the appeal totalled £5,480 most of which was gift aided, enabling the Society to recover an additional 25% from HMRC. Additionally £2,087 was received in our red boxes during December, a big increase on the normal monthly collection.
This was an incredibly generous response from our small parish, a very practical expression of love for our neighbour. Your kindness will make a real difference in the lives of local people in need. Grateful thanks also to those parishioners who signed up to regular monthly giving by standing order. That is a huge help to us in building towards a dependable year round income to meet needs whenever they arise.
MONEY MATTERS
Many thanks to all who contributed so generously to the collections last weekend.
