What is love? This is a great question philosophers and lovers have wrestled with from the very beginning. We learn from the scriptures that God is love (1 John 4:19). We also learn that love came among us in the person of Jesus of Nazareth (1 John 4:9).

Love then, is a person, and this person is God made man, the tiny baby in the manger, the vulnerable child in the stable.

The banner over us is love and so we worship, adore and give thanks and praise, for Jesus, Emmanuel, God, God with us.

We welcome him!
